On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

I understand that you may not always have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Sometimes, you may only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. My billing cycles are based on a monthly period. So, let's say you sign up and use our service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use anytime in the future. You must claim your hours within a 30-day period.
You can seamlessly integrate my design services into your existing workflow by adding me to your CRM system. Alternatively, you can directly email me your design requests. Opting for the premium service grants you access to my preferred CRM, allowing you to directly input design projects for the duration of your subscription. I am also available for weekly consultation calls to discuss and optimize your workflow. If it suits your needs, I can be fully onboarded as a member of your design team, complete with a designated point of contact for smooth communication. My primary objective is to blend seamlessly into your team, simplifying and enhancing your design process to meet your specific needs.
Feel free to pause your subscription once your current design needs are met. This flexibility ensures that you can return and resume the subscription anytime you have additional design requirements, allowing you to fully utilize the entire duration of your subscription without any wastage.
